Login Issues? Here's How to Fix Them

Don't worry — login issues are usually easy to fix in just a few minutes. Try these steps in order:

1
Check Caps Lock & Spelling

Your mbi7 password is case-sensitive. Make sure Caps Lock is off and that you're typing it correctly. Try clicking the eye icon to reveal your password as you type.

2
Try a Different Username

You can log in using either your username or registered phone number. Try both options if one doesn't work.

3
Reset Password

Click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email or phone number. A reset link will be sent within minutes. Check your Spam folder if you don't receive it.

4
Clear Browser Cache

Outdated browser data can sometimes cause login issues. Try opening the site in an incognito window or clearing your browser cache, then try again.

5
Contact Customer Support

If none of the steps above help, reach out to the mbi7 team via 24/7 live chat. Provide your username or account email and we'll get you sorted in no time.

Security tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings after logging in for an extra layer of protection. This ensures no one can access your account even if they know your password.

FAQ – mbi7 Login

The most frequently asked questions from mbi7 members about the login process and account security.

Yes! mbi7 allows you to log in using either your username or your registered Malaysian phone number. Enter either one in the "Username or Phone No." field and proceed with your password as usual.

To protect your account from unauthorised access, mbi7's security system will temporarily lock your account after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. It will unlock automatically after 30 minutes, or you can contact customer support to have it unlocked sooner.

Yes, select "Remember me" at login to stay signed in on the same device. However, we do not recommend using this feature on public or shared devices. For maximum security, always log out when you're done playing on a public device.

Once logged in, go to Account Settings > Security > Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm. Changes take effect immediately. We recommend updating your password at least once every 3 months.

mbi7 is fully optimised for mobile browsers — no separate app download required. Simply open mbi7.click in Chrome or Safari on your phone, log in, and enjoy a native app-like experience. You can also add a shortcut to your home screen for even faster access.

Contact the mbi7 security team immediately via 24/7 live chat or email at support@mbi7.click. Change your password right away if you can still log in. Our team will review your account activity, terminate any other active sessions, and help you fully regain control of your account.
